Features

  • We are pleased to announce the launch of Koral’s Light gi. This gi is made with a rip stop style cotton weave. These are the highest quality BJJ gis on the market Made from Koral’s exclusive new rip stop fabric.

  • Gis undergo a preshrinking process.  Therefore minimal shrinkage can be expected.  

  • Super light, smallest size weights just under 3lbs.

  • Jacket is made from 1 piece of fabric (no seam in the back) for strength, comfort and durability.

  • Competition cut allows unrestricted movement but keeps the gi fitted and harder to grab.

  • Collar is made with 1 piece of vulcanized rubber inside. This helps to keep the collar soft and light (doesn't get soaked with sweat), also allows the gi to dry faster and does not allow bacteria and fungus to remain inside the collar.

  • Pants are cotton canvas.

  • Koral White, blue, black and Navy gis are approved for all CBJJ and IBJJF tournaments.

  • Gis do NOT come with belt

This is the second Koral product that I have owned, and it delivered again. This gi is amazing. The different weave allows for a much softer feel even after a hang dry(not "sandpaper like" with normal weaves). It is very light and breathable, perfect for hot weather training or just a comfy gi. Also this gi WILL NOT SHRINK. When it says 100% preshrunk it means it; one of the only brands that hold true to that statement. I'm 6ft 160-175lbs(depending on tournament time) and an A2 fits perfectly. Overall this is a great gi and would highly recomend it, or any Koral Kimonos.

This is only the second gi i've ever owned, and the other one was from my school and was plain as possible.  I train in houston texas, so i decided id like to get a light weight gi.  I did my research and basically i was pointed towards a gameness or a koral light,  Koral looked great and i was not dissapointed at all, its so much lighter than my school gi, and has a much thicker lapel, which i love.  And most of all it really is lightweight, an a2 weighs around 3 and a half pounds, which is very manageable in houston climate.  On top of getting such a bad ass gi, Jiu Jitsu Pro Gear shipped it so quick.  I'll never buy bjj gear from any other website now that i've dealt with jjpg
