How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Jiu Jitsu Pro Gear would like to thank you for your purchase. As our customer, your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it.

To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the item back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that our return policy only covers unopened (DVD’s, Compression Shorts, Mouth Guards, etc.) and unused / unwashed products. Items must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition (smells odd, stained, washed, trained-in, covered in hair/dander, tags removed from Gi tops and t-shirts, etc…), the item will either have to be sent back to the customer (customer will be held responsible for shipping costs) OR will be charged with a 20 to 25% restocking fee (depending on the condition of the item or original packaging).
I Received the Wrong Product OR My Item is defective
  If you had received the wrong product or that the item is defective. Please email us at: Or call us at: 310-937-2800. Once you contact us, we will verify the item and will send you a prepaid shipping label for the exchange or refund. 

If an item is defective, please notify us within 30 after receiving the item.
Please be sure to attach pictures of any defective products.  Any items that are not reported within 30 days after receiving the item cannot be replaced. 

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has gone through successfully.  Tracking information will be provided via email after the order has shipped.

Most orders will be shipped within one business day.  We also offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 3pm (Pacific Standard Time). We will always try our best to get your order out on the same day.

The time it takes to receive your package varies, depending on the shipping method you choose, and how close you are from our store located in Redondo Beach, CA. Orders shipped within California by our standard shipping method (FedEx Ground, FedEx Home delivery or USPS Priority mail) takes 1 to 3 business days to delivery , orders shipped  outside California takes 2 to 5  business days and orders shipped to Hawaii, Porto Rico and APO takes 5 to 7 business days. You can always choose a fast shipping method at the time of check out.  

All orders placed from Friday 4pm ( PST) to  Sunday midnight or during Holidays,  will be shipped on the next business day, including express and  overnight shipping options.

*Orders will be processed once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take longer.
