Shipping and Returns
APO/FPO Address and PO Boxes.
  UPS does not generally deliver to PO Boxes or Military Addresses.  If you would like to use any of the available UPS services, please input a valid street address.  In the event that a UPS package is shipped to a PO Box or a Military Address, UPS will contact you via telephone to collect an alternative address.  This process may of course effect the estimate time of arrival, resulting in delay. 

Please input a valid address to avoid and sort of delays of your package's arrival.  
Can I use my FedEx or UPS account number to ship my products?
  No, we cannot ship your products using your FedEx or UPS account number.
Do You Offer Saturday Delivery?
  If you need Saturday Delivery for Express Deliver Service, please give us a call (725) 223-4916 and we can arrange a way for your package to reach you that day. The cost for Saturday delivery will result in additional shipping charges. In order to fulfill same day shipping, orders must be made prior to 3:00PM PST.
Do you Offer Will Call?
  Yes we do.  If you would like to pick up your purchase at our shop (Redondo Beach, California), please select the Will Call method at checkout when you are completing your order.  
What is the Return and Exchange Policy?

RETURNS: As our customer, your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it. To return an unwanted product for a refund or store credit PLEASE SEND ITEM BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, along with a "RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM", filled out accordingly (To Request a "RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM" email us at: or call us at (725) 223-4916). Please note that our return policy only covers UNOPENED (DVD’s, Compression Shorts, Mouth Guards, Training Masks and Magazines) and UNUSED / UNWASHED products. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN NEW CONDITION. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition such as, but not limited to stained, washed, trained-in, cover in hair/dander, without original tags, incomplete, missing parts, out of original packaging or smelling odd, the item will be sent back to the customer (customer will be held responsible for shipping costs). Opened packages containing mouth guards, protective cups, compression shorts and training masks are not exchangeable nor refundable for sanitary reasons.
Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be exchanged or refunded
Refunds generally take 1-6 business days to process. Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used at any further purchase.
Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an item, please send unwanted item back within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with a "RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM", filled out accordingly. We will contact you for any extra cost such as shipping or product price difference prior processing your exchange request.

What will be my shipping cost?
  Shipping costs will vary depending on the packages’ destination as well as the weight of the items in your order. To determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out page. There, the costs of shipping will be calculated for you before having to submit your payment.

Custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Will my package have a signature requirement?
  Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.  We strongly urge all of our customers to ensure that a convenient shipping address is inputted (preferably a shipping address to which the recipient or a trustee will be present on the day of delivery).  

NOTE: Jiu Jitsu ProGear is not responsible for any packages that are not received by ETA because the recipient is not available to sign for the package.
