|Can I avoid any customs fees?|
|All international orders may incur customs fees and/or additional fees. These fees are being charged by your government and not by our website. We at Jiu Jitsu ProGear have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties and taxes.
We at Jiu Jitsu ProGear must follow their rules and fill out all customs forms accordingly by marking the package correctly and including the value of the items. If we don't fill out the forms this way, we risk having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country.
|Why can't JiuJitsuProGear ship to my country?|
|We at JiuJitsuProGear will not be shipping to some countries for any of the following reasons:

|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. You can also contact us via email
United States Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, ect...) including Hawaii: Only USPS Mail Service will be used to ship to these regions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As of a company policy for International orders shipping to an address different from the billing address OR to countries with a high concentration of attempted fraudulent charges, we need to have the "Payment Authorization Form" to be filled out and signed by the account holder along with a copy of a valid picture ID (Driver's License OR Passport, etc...)
To help speed up processing, we would always urge our International customers to use their billing addresses as their shipping addresses.
|What are my payment options?|
|During the checkout process, you are given the options of submitting your payment by means of Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Check/Money Order or PayPal. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
|I have not yet received my order. Where is my package?|
The approximate time of arrival for packages shipped to International addresses will take approximately 6-15 business days (via USPS Priority Mail International) or 3-7 business days (via USPS Express Mail Service International).
We provide our International customers with a USPS confirmation number when a package is shipped.
Note: A Confirmation number is not the same a Tracking Number. Simply, a delivery confirmation number is assigned when a package is received as proof of delivery. A tracking number is used during shipment to provide a list of locations that the package had processed through prior to the packages' delivery.
Please use your confirmation number to find out if your package had arrived abroad. If the arrival status for your package had not yet been updated on the USPS website, the package is likely still on its way; OR if beyond estimated delivery time, lost in transit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your package had been lost in transit.
We at Jiu Jitsu Pro Gear will always work with you to resolve the situations of potentially lost packages. We can contact USPS regarding any delays/delivery failures; simply keep note that if any investigations are initiated, it may take a number of days for us to hear back from the US Postal Service. We will always contact you with any updates regarding your package.
We always suggest in contacting your local post office as well as your customs office if your package had arrived abroad. Attempts on delivery may take place, but fail to be listed.
Delays may occur at the customs office. In these cases, it can delay a USPS package for up to 30-60 days. In these situations, the shipping time is no longer guaranteed and is out of USPS' control.

We are not liable for any packages delayed due to your package being held by customs authorities.
|What is the return policy for International customers?|
|If you would like to return or exchange an item, please make sure to have your "Return Form". Return Forms are included with your package. If you do not have a Return Form, please request one by emailing us at email@example.com.
Items must be returned within 30 days after purchasing the item.
If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, please check Box A on the return form and send the unwanted item back to us enclosed with the Return Form.
If you want to exchange an item, order the next item from the website and we will have it processed and shipped once it is completed. The returned item will be refunded within 1-10 business days after it arrives at our office.
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at 310-937-2800 before any further action. Please refrain from using any defective item as it could void it's warranty. NOTE You'll only be reimbursed for the cost of the item(s) returned. Please keep in mind, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Also, if an item is returned in an unacceptable condition (smells odd, stained, washed, trained-in, covered in hair/dander, tags removed from Gi tops and t-shirts, ect…), the item will either have to be sent back to the customer (customer will be held responsible for shipping costs) OR will be charged with a 20%-25% restocking fee (depending on the condition of the item).
