Order Status
My tracking number says that my package was returned to sender.
  The reason to why a package is returned to sender is because an invalid address had been provided or that a business is closed at the time of delivery.  After multiple undeliverable attempts, the package will be sent back to us. 

To avoid this circumstance, please provide us with a complete address or an address to which a recipient will be available to accept the package. 

Example: Apartment numbers, Suite numbers, etc... are always required when needed to specify your shipping address.  

In the event that a package is returned to us, you will be notified immediately.  Shipping & Handling costs will be required to reship the package.

Will my order arrive on a Saturday?
  UPS does not generally deliver on Saturdays; but they can if extra fees are covered.  The types of UPS shipping services that we offer here at Jiu Jitsu ProGear are: 
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 
  • UPS 3 Day Select. 
This list of services will be delivered on business days (excluding any Holidays).  Please see our Holiday page to see the UPS Holiday schedule for this year. LINK

Example:  If you were to select Next Day Air Saver on a Thursday night (After 3PM PST), your order will then be scheduled to process on Friday.  Your order will then ship on that same Friday.  Your package will officially be in transit after the order is picked-up by our UPS courier.  Your order will then be scheduled to arrive by Monday.  (If the pending Monday is a holiday, then your package will arrive on Tuesday.)

How Do I Get My Order Delivered To Me On Saturday?
Call us to request Saturday delivery. 

I Had Already Placed My Order, Can I Still Get My Order Delivered On Saturday? 
If you had already placed your order with us and would like to upgrade to Saturday Delivery, please call or email us.  If you cannot reach a representative at the time, leave a message and we will call you back.  Please keep in mind that additional fees will be required to upgrade to Saturday delivery.  If we are unable to acquire the difference in cost needed to upgrade you to Saturday delivery, your order will be shipped using the service (non-Saturday delivery) that you had originally requested in your order to remain on schedule.  Please note that our packages are picked-up by our courier by 3PM PST every Monday through Friday.  So we will always make it our top priority to reach you before that time. 

Ultimately, call or email us for further information in regards to Saturday delivery.  
Will my order be processed and shipped on the same day?

We do offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 3pm (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after 3pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day.

Import note: We at Jiu Jitsu ProGear will always try our best to have your order shipped in time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

All orders placed from Friday 4pm (PST) to Sunday midnight or during Holidays, will be shipped on the next business day, including express and overnight shipping options.

*Orders will be processed once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take longer.

We at Jiu Jitsu Pro Gear offer free standard-shipping to orders shipping to locations within the United States. There are many items on our website that qualify for free-standard shipping. If you add enough of these items to your shopping cart to fulfill the minimum of $110.00, the free standard-shipping promotion will automatically apply to your order at check out.

This code is only valid for orders shipped within the USA (International locations and Military Addresses that must be shipped Internationally do not qualify).

This offer is not valid for any wholesale orders OR orders containing puzzle mats.

These orders will be shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Any invalid use of this code will result in an order cancellation. Customers will be notified when orders are canceled.

After applying the code, be sure that "Free Shipping" is selected upon checkout to avoid any shipping charges.


Please apply the “GETJJPGINT” code at the checkout to any order over $120.00 and get U$15.00 off on your entire order. This code is only valid for orders shipping to International addresses (Outside USA).

This code cannot be combined with any other coupon codes and cannot be used for wholesale orders. Any invalid use of this code will result in order delaying or cancellation. Customers will be notified .

Has my order shipped? Are there any missing items in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Please note that tracking numbers for all orders shipped within a day are automatically emailed after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time.

We at JiuJitsuProGear try to keep our online inventory updated. There may be times to where an item sells out; however, we at JJPG will promptly contact our customers to inform them about the missing items in their orders. We cannot make any substitutions to orders without first hearing from the customer. If we do not hear from a customer within 7 days, we will simply remove any missing items and send out the remaining items. Any items that are removed will be refunded accordingly.

If an order consists only of the missing item, the order will be canceled and refunded if no responses are sent to us regarding the missing item after 7 days.

Please be sure to provide the best email and phone number when creating your account in case we would need to contact you regarding your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

To change or cancel an order that is no longer editable please contact our office at 310-937-2800 with your order number ready. Another alternative would be to email us at

Calling us would always be recommended for that emails (especially after weekends) can build up and we may not be able to reach your message on time before the order is shipped. If you are reaching our voice mail, please leave a clear and detailed message mentioning your name, order number and which items you wish to change. We will contact you (via telephone or email) to confirm that we had received your message.

Adjustments can only be made to orders before packages are picked up by our delivery services (3:00PM-PST).

How do I track my order?
  Once your order completes through processing, tracking numbers will be emailed to you after 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time. Alternatively, you can check your order status while accessed online. To find your tracking number click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If your order was lost while in transit, please contact customer service within 7 business days of not receiving your order. Please have your Order number ready before calling.

An item is missing from my shipment.

My product is damaged and/or missing parts.
  If your order was damaged or even tampered during transit or if your order is missing an item, please contact customer service within 2 business days of delivery.  If an item is damaged, please email a set of pictures of the defected product to help speed up the process.

When will my order arrive?
  All orders are shipped from our location in California.

USPS Priority Mail: Orders shipping to regions in the East Coast will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days.  

USPS International Service: All International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International or USPS Express International. Priority International will take approximately 6-15 business days to arrive.  Express International can take approximately 3-5 business days.  

FedEx Home/Ground: Orders shipping via Home/Ground delivery will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days to domestic locations in the East Coast and 1-3 business days to locations in California.       

FedEx Express Delivery (Express Saver 3 Day, 2 Day Air, Overnight): After all orders are shipped with any Express Service, it is guaranteed to arrive in the selected date.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding domestic orders shipping via Express Delivery, we do offer FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2Day Air shipping. FedEx Express Overnight will arrive the next business day after the ship date, FedEx Express 2Day Air will arrive two business days after the ship date, ETC... These services do not generally operate on weekends.  Any express orders that are shipped close to the weekend may end up being delivered the week after.     

Some processing time may apply. For the most part, express orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Holidays: FedEx Express 2Day Air & Overnight deliveries are only made during the business week (this excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). If an order is shipped Friday via FedEx Express Overnight , it will arrive on Monday. If that Monday is a holiday, it will arrive on Tuesday. ETC...   

Hawaii and Alaska: Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require an extra day to arrive regardless if it is shipped via Express Delivery.
